On many occasions people ask me to do work for free, as a courtesy to their monthly payments. Sometimes the work is quick, sometimes it can take hours.

When certain work takes a certain amount of hours, it’s important for one to docket ones time. Not doing so leads to many free favors which take up a lot of time that can better be spent making money.

“No” is also a good answer to certain “favors.”
